Brake
Mechanism:
No mater is light load or heavy load. It works instantly
when operation is stopped. The lining material is abester
free and guarantee of long-term usage.
Double
ratchet Pawls:
Two ratchet pawls are applied for extra safety. In case
one pawl should fall, the other restrains the load.
Load
Chain Guide and Stripper:
It assures proper fit of load chain to load sheave,
also protect moisture and dirt to gathered in load sheave.
Powder
Metal Bushing:
The use of powder metal bushing to increase the mechanical
efficiency and reduce the hand chain pull strength.
Load
Chain:
Using grade 80 alloy load chain specially calibrated
for hand chain block usage, all the load chain confirmed
to ¡°ISO¡± and ¡°DIN¡± standard.
Lower
& Upper Hook:
Both hooks are hot forged, heat-treated and swivel.
All hooks standard equipped with safe latch to ensure
proper hooking to the load or sling.
