MLGT25-A PRESS STONE RUBBER ROLL RICE HULLER

This equipment is mainly uesed for hulling rice husk and separating the roughtly hulled rice from the unhulled rice. It may also be uesed for the hulling and separation of millet. It is suitalble for the rice mill with 20=50 ton of production a day where it can be used as a piece of matching equipment.

This machine has the ofllowing features. The fast roll and slow roll can be shifted intercahngealbly. the new rubber roll is expendable and does not need dismantling. The double-point structure of the rubber roll increases the running strength and prevents the appearance of large and small rubber heads. The front roll(moving roll) is stepless and self-balanced (automatic roll feed tracking) which eliminates manual operation. The gear box features reasonable structure, no running away of the position of gear shifted, etc.

MLGT36-B PRESS STONE RUBBER ROLL RICE HULLER

This equipment is mainly used for hulling rice husk. It utilizes the difference of rice suspension speed, and sucks air to sepatate the roughly hulled rice from the hulled rice. It is suiable for the rice mill of 50-80 ton production a day where it can be used as a piece of matching equipment.

This machine has the following features. The front roll (moving roll) has eliminated the carriage, and can automatically keep track of propelling. The increased speed and interchangeablility of the fast and slow rolls enable the new roll to remain fixed until used up. The air quantity adjusting gear has been added. The new type separation type front roll bearing seat is convenient to maintenance, etc.
