OPERATION INSTRUCTION
OF "N" SERIES JET RICE
MILLING MACHINE
Generality
"N" series of jet rice
milling machine is based on several decades rich experences
and imported advanced technology from the begainning
of eighties. It belongs to cereal processing machines.
Its main use is fitting with the rice huller to product
whilte rice. It can also made rice of grain by itself
only once.
All the machines have blasting device, husks can be
separted automatically from site. So the finished production
is cleaning , less huskes and low-temperature. The machine
can use less-power and give high yield. It owns beautiful
appearance and compact construction, too. It is also
apt to operate and maintain. It suits the medium and
small rice mills in cities and countrysides.
It's its main character that it can made the most ideal
white rice of grain only once. The finished rice is
bright and clean. It also has low -temperature, less
broken rice. The husks can wholly be separated from
rice. The machine had characters of high working-efficiency
and safing power. Because the husks may be sent from
chaff outlet to chaff container to collect and give
off by inhale fan, the working environment is improved
greatly and dusts are decreased fully. Husks also would
be inhaled secondly by inhale fan to get more white
and clean ric ewhen white rice flows out.

Remarks: selecting N110, customers
can ensure to get the output of 1100kg/h in using 11kw
motor. If users adopt 13kw or 15kw motor, the output
may reach to 1300kg/h, 1500kg/h, but now here will be
a few husks in rice. Above all, customers must ensure
the specified voltage. Otherwise, the low voltage would
decrease the output.
Production flow
Throught a feed hopper, the brown
rice(or paddy) enters into machine and flows forward
along the main shaft under the function of screwed roller.
Because of the function of outlet's pressure, pressure
is built up among grain. By the raised redges of the
iron-roller, grains are milled each other. Reaching
the required grade, rice flows out from the outlet.
At the same monment, the high-pressure air produced
by the blast fan flows into the milling roon from the
gaps of iron-roller through the main shafts's holes.
On the hand, it takes away part of heart produced in
the process of milling and makes the finished rice more
white. On the other hand, it makes the husks go into
the chaff hopper.

hopper, chaff hopper, chaff container, etc.
Methods and attentions of operation
1. How to adjust the feed-flows
The feed hopper can contain 40kg paddy or so. First,
fill the hopper with paddy and start the machine 5 minutes
unloadly. Then pull up the insert plate entirely and
fix it with a fixed -bolt. Furthermore, turn the adjusting
-bolt to adjust the flow, stop adjusting when the flow
rises to rated flow.The opening-closing degree of feed
slide may be indicated by the painter. (It is ususlly
between 2.5 and 5)
2.How to control quality grade of rice
The grade of riceis decided by the tension spring. The
spring's pressure may be adjusted by the adjusting-bolt.
Customers may adjust the bolt properly to increase or
decreasethe outlet's pressure according to the acutual
conditions so that the finished rice reached to the
necessary grade. Use N80 and N110,N-130A machines, and
you would be inhaled into husks. Weak is the wind, ther
would be husks in rice. In this case, you can adjust
the bolt according to actual conditions so that chaff
and rice cna be separated each other absolutely.
3. Operation notes:
1) The machine must be installed on the cement base,
and its four legs contact well with the base. To meet
the needs of coaxal degree among the shaft and frame,
no crank can be stated before tighting foundation bolts.
Having no level ground, the shaft will be no-coaxal,
such things would happen as remaining grains in rice,
having much more broken rice in it and some other problems.
2)Before starting the machine, turn the belt pulley
manually, and cleck should not exist. To avoid its relaxation
operating, all belts must be tightened again. Serious
viberation is not allowed at starting.
3)Close the insert plate, then start the machine. After
everything is all right, begin to feed grain, pull up
insert palte gradually. At the same timeregulate the
pressure of the outlet to make the rice reach required
white degree.
4)The outlet end of the screen will be worn quickly,
in order to prolong its life time, you can exchange
the ends fo outlet and inlet. If you find any leakage
of rice, the screen should be replace in time.
5)Often check the bearings to see whether their temperature
is below the allowed value, and whether the other devices
are all right in operation. If anything is wrong, stop
the machine immediately and set out to repair
6)To ensure its yield and quality of rice, the iron
roller must be replaced at the right time after it was
grinded seriously.
7)Operate in fixed rotational speed, neither too high
nor to low
8)The belt must be appropriate readjustment, too relaxed
belt will effect the output and quality.
9)The normal voltage is the essential condition of the
speicfied out-put and good quality rice.
10)The grain should be clean and properly dry, or the
machine will not work well. (the end)
