Application of Helmets
The helmets can effectively prevent infrared ray and ultraviolet ray from transmittance and decrease incident light, thus preventing the worker's eyes from damage. |

Introduction of FS-S Series Glass
FS-S series eye-protection glass is made of polycarbonate and finished through precise process. It has many advantages, such as lightweight, high strength, non-slag-adhesion, non-fog-coagulation, non-metal-vapor-attachment, easy use and durability. Thanks to the possibility of harm to human body and the trouble of recycling after the glass broke, so it protect not only welder's health but also environment. Indeed it is an ideal substitution of eye-protection glass. |

Optical Qualities of cover Plates, Filter Plates, Safety Plates
Surfaces, waves, or other defects would impair their optical quality. Plate surfaces shall be flat and substantially parallel. Prismatic effects shall not exceed 1/8 prism diopter (approximately 4.3 minutes of angular deviation). |
Dimension of Plates
The filter plate shall be of such dimensions as to fit suitably into the frame and to cover the window, to prevent leakage of radiations. The filter palter shall be not less than 2mm or more than 3.8mm than 50mm+/-0.8mm wide by 108mm+/-0.8mm long. |
Transmittal of Plates
Filter plates shall conform to the radiant-energy transmittance requirements shown in below Table for shades 4.0 through 14.0. |
