 Introduction
 EB welding with high power density has the advantage of cleaning, accuracy, less heating influence (the proportion of depth and width can be 18:1, and the depth of welding seam can be tens of millimeters)
no need of surface treatment after welding.

"Welding Depth" is the typical depth of seam welding stainless steel.
"Accelerating Voltage" can be used on the level of 120% rate voltage.
The volume of chamber and tables are made according to the welded workpieces of user.
Pumping system of electron colum consists of diffusion pump or turbomolecular and rotary pump.
Pumping system of chamber consists of diffusion pump and rotary pump or diffusion pump, roots pump and rotary.
