 The machine is especially used in welding of shield net for speedway, shield net for airport, shield net for court, industry metal thread net, structure net of reinforcing steel bar, and so on.
The machine are build up with upper beam, upper electrode, down beam, down electrode, auto material feeding system, main circuit system, gas driving system, water cooling system and electric control system.
The controlling system adopt IC control corresponding controlled silicon circuits and have installed in advance program control systems for kinds of nets.
It can produce net sheet with max width 4.5 meters (the width of speedway is 1.75 meter usually).
The max output is 2000 meters. |
